		<description>You would only be right if Obama intended to bring the troops home. He has always said that those troops needed to be used in Afghanistan &amp; Pakistan. I assume Biden will add Sudan to that list since he&#039;s advocated using US troops to forcibly end the genocide in Darfur.

So which drain do you want the money poured down? It is going down one drain or another. 

For myself, I&#039;d like to keep a presence in Iraq until the Iraqi government, military and police are ready to take over. I&#039;m not comfortable with the idea of sending a nation into chaos and then walking away just because because it became inconvenient.</description>
